Assuming you go in the main entrance by the parking lot off Third St, you walk in the doors and keep left. There are little sets of half-stairs, one going up and one going down to a kids' area. Go downstairs. There are male and female restrooms and water fountains on your immediate left. Instead of those, keep going straight into the kids' section and take the first right you can through the picture book section. There's a little nook back there that holds a family restroom.
Staff and friendly and can help. I went in as a total stranger without a library card, went straight to the bathroom, and walked right out again. No one seemed to mind. Restroom has a tiny toilet for toddlers, a divider (no stall) and then a normal adult toilet, a booster seat attached to the wall, and a fold-down diaper table. No paper towel dispenser or hand dryer.
