How claiming works

  1. 1

    Find or add your venue

Search for your space on Allgenda. If it isn't there yet, add it from this page and we'll set up the listing and your claim together.

  2. 2

    Verify publicly

Confirm ownership by email-domain match or a short, scripted voice call to your publicly-listed number. No sales pitch, just yes/no questions.

  3. 3

    Your owner chip goes live

Your listing gains an owner-verified chip with the date and method. Every edit you make preserves the public provenance trail.

What the verification call sounds like

We call the number you publish. The call identifies Allgenda, states the purpose, and asks yes/no questions only. It's short. We never upsell, never run through a script of marketing questions, and never share recordings. You can opt out of voice verification at any time and use email-domain verification instead.

Clips are kept briefly for QA and purged automatically per our voice-compliance policy.

Live cities

We open cities in waves. If yours isn't here yet, tell us about your venue below and we'll prioritize by where owners are asking to claim.

Frequently asked

How much does a claim cost?

Free, always. Allgenda does not sell placement, ranking, or a verification badge. The public verification chip on your listing is earned, not purchased.

How does Allgenda verify my claim?

Two paths. Email-domain match: if your email's domain matches your venue's public website, one click from the email confirms it. Voice: we call the publicly-listed phone number with a short, scripted yes/no check. You can choose either.

What does the verification call sound like?

Scripted and compliance-aware. The caller identifies Allgenda, states the purpose, asks yes/no questions only, and never upsells. You can opt out of voice verification at any time; email-only verification is always available.

What can I edit once I'm verified?

Hours, phone, website, restroom configuration (stall type, all-gender, ADA, changing tables), amenities, photos, and replies to reviews. Name, address, and map pin stay stable so the public directory stays trustworthy. If any of those are wrong, use 'Suggest a correction'.

Can I respond to reviews?

Yes. Verified owners can post one reply per review. Your reply is labeled as an owner response with the date, and it's included in the structured data search engines read, so your voice reaches answer engines, not just the page.

What if the information on my listing is wrong?

Any visitor can file a correction from the venue page, no account needed. Once you claim the listing, you can also edit the editable fields directly. We keep a provenance trail so changes are always traceable.

Can I remove or hide my listing?

Yes. Verified owners can request delisting for safety reasons. Listings sourced from public records (Refuge Restrooms, OSM, Google Places) are treated like any other public-directory entry, but we take removal requests seriously and respond within a week.

How do you treat call recordings and data?

Call clips are kept briefly for QA and then purged automatically (see our voice-compliance policy). We never sell contact data. Email addresses from claim requests are only used to follow up about your specific claim.
