What Allgenda is

Allgenda is a community-maintained directory. We do our best to verify listings, but we can't guarantee that a restroom is open, accessible, or safe at the moment you visit. If a listing is wrong, tell us.

Acceptable use

• Don't submit false or harassing content.
• Don't scrape Allgenda or our data sources for commercial use.
• Don't use Allgenda to target or out individuals.

Reviews, replies, and photos

Signed-in users with a verified email may post reviews, threaded replies, and photos on venue pages. Full rules live in the content policy. Here's the gist.

• You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant Allgenda a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, cache, and back it up as part of running the directory, and nothing beyond that.
• Every post runs through an automated safety check. Content that violates the content policy can be hidden or removed automatically; you'll be notified with a reason and can request human review.
• Three distinct community reports on the same post auto-hide it pending moderator review.
• You can edit your review text within 30 minutes of posting; ratings stay editable. Deletion is soft: we retain an audit trail but the content is no longer publicly visible.
• Photos are stripped of EXIF metadata (including GPS) server-side before storage. Don't upload images of identifiable third parties without consent.

Email communications

With an account, we send service email about your account and any purchases (welcome notes, receipts, membership and payment notices, password resets). These aren't marketing and continue while your account is open. Separately, you can opt in to occasional marketing email: product news and announcements, sent only by Allgenda. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time from a link in those emails or under Settings › Email, without affecting service email. Third-party data

Some listings are imported from Refuge Restrooms and marked as such on each venue page. If you maintain a third-party source and would prefer we stop importing, email us and we'll remove the imported records within seven days.

No warranty

Allgenda is provided as-is. We publish what we know and we're transparent about confidence and provenance; we can't be liable for decisions made based on a listing.

Trademarks

“Allgenda,” the Allgenda logo, and Allgenda product names are trademarks of the Allgenda project. Using the service doesn't grant you a license to use these marks, and you can't use them in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our written permission.
