Today’s Agenda

A brief that ends.

One lead story.

Two more.

One win.

One action of the day.

You’re caught up. Go live your life. We’ll keep watch. ∎

How it works

Read, see who, act. Then stop.

Read a finite brief

One lead story, a couple more, one win, one action of the day. Then the brief ends. No infinite feed, no algorithm deciding what you're afraid of today. When you're caught up, we tell you so.

See who's responsible

Every story names the officials behind it, with a short quote showing why, and their official phone, email, and mailing address one tap away. A moderator confirms each name before it goes public.

Act in two minutes

Call, email, fill their webform, post about it, or send a real printed letter we mail for you. The script is written. The number is right there. Two minutes, and an office heard from one more constituent.

It's counted

Your actions land in a private record only you can see. The collective count shows how many readers acted, with no names and no scores to chase. Then you go live your life. We keep watch.

Every story shows its receipts.

Source name and publish date. Our publish date. The label when a summary was drafted by AI and reviewed by a moderator. The quote behind every official we name. It’s the same promise as the venue map: who verified it, how, and when. If we can’t show the receipt, we don’t make the claim.

A printed letter lands on a desk.

Calls and emails are easy and they matter. A physical letter matters more, and almost no one sends them anymore. Write yours, and we print it and mail it for you for 10 credits from your shared Allgenda wallet.

What we keep

  • Your name, printed on the letter.
  • Who you wrote to, and when.
  • Not your address. We never store it.

Credits also power Voice Lab, and 5% of every purchase goes to a nonprofit you choose.

Reading The Agenda is free, forever.

It's in a small pilot right now. Add your email and we'll tell you once when it opens. One email, no newsletters.

One email when it opens. No tracking, no selling, no newsletters.

Questions

What is The Agenda?
The Agenda is the newsroom layer of Allgenda: queer and trans news on laws, incidents, and wins, cited and dated, with the officials responsible named and their official contacts attached. It's the provenance ethic behind the venue map, pointed at the news. It isn't open to everyone yet, so this page is a preview and a waitlist.
Do I need an account to read it?
No. Reading The Agenda is free and needs no account, the same as the rest of Allgenda. You'll need an account only to log your actions, save stories, clip a link for us to cover, or send a letter.
Is the news AI-generated?
Summaries of outside reporting are drafted by AI and reviewed by a moderator before anything publishes, and every one says so plainly. Officials are attached by hand from our own database, never invented by a model. We link out to the original reporting and send you there proudly.
How do the letters work?
You write it, we print it and mail it through a print partner, for 10 credits from your shared Allgenda wallet. Your name and address are printed on the letter and shared with the print partner and the office. We don't store your address.
Will this make me doomscroll?
That's the thing we built against. The brief is finite and ends with a caught-up state. Wins get their own lane. Heavy stories are reported plainly, never as rage bait, and carry a link to support resources. The point is agency, not anxiety.
