Trust & safety
How we verify what you see.
Our trust model is visible on purpose. Here's what each tier means, how we triage safety flags, and what Allgenda does not do.
Verification tiers
Verified
Owner-claimed via a scripted voice call or an email-domain match, confirmed by a moderator, or a verified community source like an attributed third-party import.
Community-reported
A community or AI verification report awaiting moderator review. Useful signal, not yet confirmed.
Flagged
An active safety report or stale data. We show the flag instead of hiding the listing, so you can decide.
Method of verification
Every listing carries a method, and we never relabel one method as another. An imported row stays an import until a human or the venue itself confirms it.
import- Brought in from a third-party source like Refuge Restrooms, with attribution.
user_report- Someone in the community told us.
owner_claim- The venue verified itself, by an email-domain match or a scripted phone call.
moderator- A moderator reviewed and confirmed it.
ai_phone- Our AI assistant called the venue to confirm details.
Filing a safety flag
Hit Flag an issue on any venue page. Safety flags go to a moderator queue. We aim to resolve them within 72 hours, and we'll publish the running median below once we've resolved enough flags to report one honestly.
Data handling
- No third-party ad trackers.
- Reports are tied to an account; the venue never sees the reporter.
- We retain the minimum information needed to verify and moderate. A short clip of each AI verification call is kept briefly (about two weeks) so a moderator can review call quality, then automatically deleted. Calls to do-not-call numbers are deleted immediately.
What Allgenda does not do
- We do not sell verified status, fast-track claims, or charge venues to resolve flags.
- We do not sell personal data, newsletter signups, or contributor identities.
- We do not pivot from verification into any sales script on phone calls to venues.
