What a result looks like

- Conservative
- Typical
- Pronounced
Measured against real results
- Jaw widthwithin the range of real results
- Chin heightless than most real results
- Brow-to-eye distancewithin the range of real results

How it works
Your photo in. A range out.
01
Add a photo
Upload one, use your camera, or send it over from your phone.
02
Pick the procedures
Changes are held to the areas you pick, so a jaw-only plan leaves your nose alone.
03
See three steps
Conservative, typical, and pronounced, each one on your own photo.
04
Read the measurements
What can be measured is checked against real results. An area stops where real results stop.

Why it exists
Built for the person deciding, not the clinic selling.
Clinic galleries show the best case at the best angle in the best light. If we can’t stand behind a number, we don’t show it.
| Question | A clinic gallery | FFS Results Lab |
|---|---|---|
| What you see | Results the clinic chose to publish | A range, on your own photo |
| How far it goes | The best case | Conservative, typical, and pronounced |
| How you judge it | By eye | Against what real results measure |
| Who it's for | People the clinic hopes to book | You, before you book |
- Never public
- Only our small review team sees them, through links that expire in minutes. They are never shown publicly, never sold, never shared with clinics, and never used for anything except this model.
- Withdraw any time
- Withdraw any time from your FFS Results Lab page. Your images are deleted from our systems and left out of every future training set.
- Reviewed by a person
- A person on our team reviews every contribution before it teaches the model.
- Metadata stripped
- Location, device, and timestamp data are removed from every photo before it's stored.
- Your preview photo
- Your own preview photo is used for that one render only. It is sent to Google's Gemini API to render. Under Google's paid API terms the photo is not used to train Google's models and is kept only for a limited time to check for abuse; we keep no copy. If Gemini 3 Pro Image fails or declines, the photo goes to OpenAI GPT Image 2.5 instead. It is sent to OpenAI's image API to render. Under OpenAI's API data policy the photo is not used to train OpenAI's models and is retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring; we keep no copy. It is never stored by us and never added to the training set, and every result says which model made it.
If you’ve had FFS
Your results can help the next person decide.
It takes about five minutes, nothing is ever shown publicly, and you can withdraw any time.
What you’ll be asked for
- 01Two agreements, in plain words
- 02Your pre-op photos, then the same angles after
- 03What was done, and roughly how many months ago
Questions
What people ask first.
What is the FFS Results Lab?
A preview tool for facial feminization surgery, built by Allgenda. You add a photo of yourself, pick the procedures you're considering, and see a range of outcomes measured against real results that people shared with consent.
Can I look through FFS before and after photos here?
No. There is no public gallery and there won't be one. The pre-op and post-op photos people share are private, seen only by our small review team and by the person who shared them.
If I contribute, who sees my photos?
Our small review team, through links that expire in minutes, and you. There is no public gallery and we don't build one. Photos are never sold or shared with clinics.
Can I change my mind after contributing?
Yes, any time, from your FFS Results Lab page. Your images are deleted from our storage right away and left out of every future training set.
Where does my preview photo go?
Your own preview photo is used for that one render only.
Is this an FFS simulator?
It does the job people want from an FFS simulator, with limits built in. Changes are held to the areas you pick, each step is measured against real results, and an area stops changing once it has gone as far as real results do.
Where do the real results come from?
Three places. Clinics and platforms that gave us written consent to use their results, original photographs exported by partner clinics, and members who choose to contribute their own pre-op and post-op photos. Nothing is taken without permission.
Is the preview a guarantee of my result?
No. It's a model estimate, measured against real outcomes. Surgeons plan on your bone structure, not on pixels, so bring it to a consultation as a conversation starter.
What does it cost?
Contributing is free, and so is your first preview. After that a preview is 8 credits, which comes to $0.80 to $1.60 depending on how you buy them. Members get 100 credits a month. 5% of every Allgenda Dues purchase goes to a nonprofit you choose, same as the rest of Allgenda.
