Allgenda

Content policy

What belongs here, and what doesn't.

Allgenda is a directory built for trans, non-binary, intersex, and gender-expansive people looking for a safe restroom. This policy keeps the space useful for that audience and clears out content that makes it less safe.

Last updated June 22, 2026. Questions go to trust@allgenda.com.

What belongs

  • Honest experience. Good, bad, or in-between. How staff treated you, whether signage was clear, whether the stall was clean or safe.
  • Useful detail. Stall type, accessibility, whether you needed a purchase, where the restroom is actually located inside a bigger space.
  • Photos of the place. Signage, stall interiors without people in them, ramps, entrances, menus near the host stand.

What doesn't

  • Hate or harassmentagainst trans, non-binary, intersex, queer, disabled, BIPOC, or neurodivergent people. That includes slurs, misgendering used as an attack, and content that denies anyone's identity.
  • Doxxing or outing.Don't post anyone's phone, email, home address, full legal name, employer, or other identifying information. Don't out staff or other visitors.
  • Sexual content, content involving minors, graphic violence, or hate symbols.
  • Spam and off-topic content. Ads, link dumps, venue promotion unrelated to inclusivity, bot-posted reviews.
  • Misinformation. Inventing venue policies, fabricating verification events, or posting reviews you know to be false.

How we enforce

Every review, reply, and photo runs through an automated safety check shortly after you post, combining OpenAI's moderation API and Anthropic Claude for a second look. Any of the following can hide or remove a post:

  1. The AI check flagged it. Borderline content is hidden pending a human moderator; clear policy violations are removed immediately.
  2. Three or more community members reported it with distinct reports. The content is auto-hidden pending review.
  3. A moderator acted on it after review.

When your content is hidden or removed you'll get a notification in the bell dropdown with a plain-language reason. Soft-deleted content is never permanently erased without a moderator confirmation; we keep the audit trail so appeals are meaningful.

Appeals

If you think we got it wrong, tap Request human review on the notification. That flags your content for a moderator to re-review. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

If you disagree with the appeal outcome, email trust@allgenda.comwith the notification timestamp and we'll escalate to a different moderator.

How to report content

Every review and reply has a Reportaffordance. Pick a reason; add a note if it's useful. We aim to triage reports within 72 hours. Three distinct reports on the same item auto-hide it pending moderator review, so harassment campaigns against a single person don't stay visible while we work.

Who sees what

  • The reporter is never shown to the person being reported, or to the venue.
  • Moderators see the content, the AI decision, and the report reasons, not the reporter's identity, email, or name.
  • Hidden and removed content is quarantined; only moderators (and the original author) can see it.
