All on one floor. There are, in fact, two gender neutral bathrooms. The signs on each door indicate either one is for men and/or women.
As for actually eating there, the coffee is adequate, though one wishes they would spring for actual cups instead of styrofoam. The food is OK, if not a bit pricey. They have relaxing chairs on one side, but I wish they had installed tables other than closed-off booths.
