In the far left of the building after entering either main doors, past the floral counter and between the prepared foods area and the Salud! cooking classroom. The store is open all day every day (except Christmas) from 7:00am to 10:00pm, and the bathrooms are open to the public. It's obviously good manners to buy something if you want to pee there, but the last time I checked it wasn't required - and nobody even notices if you don't.
