Bottom floor of building. Take the elevator to the bottom floor. The restroom is right there, in the foyer. This is under the museum, near the vehicle entrance to the parking ramp. \"Free access\" to this single- stalled locking \"Employee Bathroom\" if the building is unlocked. From East River Parkway, look for the Weisman Art Museum just south of Washington Avenue bridge. Enter foyer at street level to the right of the vehicle entrance to the parking ramp. After peeing in restroom, consider attending art museum by taking elevator upstairs.
