If you go through the 1st Ave. entrance, you will head through the double doors, take a left, follow the hallway to the right, head straight, then down the first small set of stairs, take a right, then head down another small set of stairs and a single-occupant, gender neutral bathroom is on the left. Security is a pain. Probably only worth the trouble if you already have to be at the courthouse.
