Elrod Commons has two all-gender single use bathrooms in the back hallway of the main floor, and the campus is generally a safe space for trans bathroom needs.
If the building is unlocked, just go inside and use the bathroom. At night many doors (including to the Commons) get locked to non-University patrons, but people will generally let you in.
