This Walmart "Neighborhood Market" is located to the south of Target (in the old "Circuit City" building). The "Family Restroom" is just to the right of the Pharmacy area, on the right-hand wall as you enter the store. This is a large roomy single-user, unisex restroom with a diaper changing station and wheelchair access. A makeshift sign on the door when I visited indicated that this restroom was open from 6am(or 8am?)-10pm. Gendered, multi-user restrooms are available on the back wall of the store during the off hours.
