Most of the university buildings have gender neutral toilets. In older buildings this is probably also the disabled loo; in newer buildings like Sarah Swift and the Medical School there are gender neutral single stalls that are separate from disabled facilities
Some buildings may require student/staff ID to access, but others, particularly those with cafe or bar facilities, are open to all during normal 9-5 sorts of times.
