Go through the door nearest the parking lot, the building has big letters on it labeling it 'Tykeson Hall.' You'll see a sign with a "woman" figure, a "man" figure and the accessibility symbol. Take a right into this hall. The All Gender bathroom is the first door on the right. Use the card to unlock the door, and press the red button inside to lock the door.
You may have to be a student, but I'm not certain. As long as you're not too sketchy you should be fine.
