Front of store, between the two entrances, right at the front of the restroom hallway (before you get to the traditional restrooms) Clean, \"family\" bathroom (complete with diaper station), no stalls, locking door. This is a new store, so I don't know if most other Target locations have a similar facility, but it is worth a shot.
