directly at the back of the Subway. one single stall, not gendered, no changing table. If you are desperate, you can go in and use the restroom and just walk right out. They do not require any purchase for restroom usage. I would be careful, as the owner is transphobic and homophobic, but if you're just in and out, there should be no issues.
