Two options. One is down a single flight of steep stairs to the basement level, where there are about ten fully enclosed single stalls and a shared sink space. The other is up a gentle flight of stairs with a thick hand rail to the second floor, where there are two single stalls with sinks inside the stalls.
This is a restaurant and you will likely be asked to purchase something before you can use the washroom. Staff are explicitly trained on being welcoming to all genders and the establishment employs several openly GNC people. The signage for the bathrooms does have the cheeky "whatever, just wash your hands" with pictures of nonhuman creatures.
