There are three gender neutral bathrooms in the building, all on the first floor - if you are disabled there is an elevator at the back of the cinema by the arcade that you can use. Two bathrooms are at the Stefano's street entrance - they are on the landing up the stairs from the street, and you don't have to go into the cinema or Stefano's to use them. The third is by the elevator, there's a windy bit of corridor leading to one of the smaller cinemas, and the bathroom is also along that corridor.
