Best restroom access is in the Medical Office Building (first building to your left). There are multiple single-stall restrooms on every floor of the building. Many are gender neutral. Most are to the right of the elevators.
The front doors for the Medical office building may be locked after 8pm. The main hospital is open 24/7, and you can get to the Medical office building through the main hospital, although it is not well marked. There are some gender-neutral bathrooms in the main hospital, but **every** bathroom in the Medical office building is gender-neutral.
