In the back to your left, there is also a sign that directs you to it, though it is in cursive and kind of in the dark so it can be hard to read. There is a changing table but there is only one toliet. Single stall with a door that locks. The sink is also in the bathroom. Sometimes you have to let the workers know if they are out of paper towels, tissue paper or soap. They are open Tuesday-Friday, 7 am-2pm and Friday-Sunday, 8 am-4 pm
You do not have to be a paying customer and there is no key to get back there. As long as you are being respectful and don't trash the bathroom, you should be fine. Though I would recommend to just ask to use the bathroom first, just so the manager doesn't get worried you are trying to hide drugs in the bathroom or steal (this has apparently happened before).
