Enter the park and go straight through the 4 way intersection. Go over the hill and down into the loop to park. The unisex bathroom is on the south end of the pavilion by the beach, facing the lake.
The park is open until 10 pm. After that you're not *technically* supposed to be on the park grounds, but this is not heavily enforced, and simply using the bathroom would certainly not be an issue. If you come on a busy day (hot weekend day, usually), the unisex bathrooms are harder to get a hold of because they are usually used as family changing rooms. Because of this, there may be lines, which could be problematic if you're trying to avoid looks or small children saying something inopportune.
