Through the hall between the Museum Store and the back entrance there are two clean, safe, roomy gender non-specified restrooms
If the door is locked, it means someone is already inside and you can just wait in the hallway. If one of the security guards suggests that you use one of the gendered restrooms, just say you're waiting for a friend to go buy tickets.
