After entering, turn left and go straight down to restrooms. It is a large "family" (gender neutral) single restroom in the middle, separate from the male/female multi-stall restrooms Sam's Club never had an issue with trans people using whichever restroom was comfortable, and rarely dealt with complaints, butbthere is always the family restroom which is also handicapped accessible.
