All-gender: Yes
In the back room there's a bathroom. They have a sign that says all genders are welcome and they've been nice to me and other trans women afaik. This place serves the pagan community and might not mind if you don't buy anything so long as you look around. They offer free tea and you are welcome to sit and read the books/pet their adorable kitty.
