If you've entered in the closest entrance to the bathroom you'll see the Bulk Barn on your left. Turn left past the Bulk Barn. Walk through the food court. At the end of the food court on the left there are washrooms: \"Men\", \"Women\" and \"Family\". Labelled as a \"Family\" bathroom. Pretty sure it's open as long as the mall itself is.
