Quentin Park

In the summer, there is almost always a portapotty set up in this park. Yes, it's a little gross to use a portapotty, but it'll do in a pinch. It's set up on the tarmac path near the baseball fields, not too far from the playground equipment/tennis courts... right near the water fountain.

open dawn-dusk You might not want to go there alone after dusk, as it is a common youth hangout. I used to frequent that area at night and know how unsavory it can be if things go south.
