In the dairy section at the very right back of the store, you go through black double doors and go right through another door and down a short hallway. The single restroom is on the left.
It's not likely that anyone will object if you're not a paying customer and use the restroom. The staff are generally nice/quiet. If you just walk in, even without buying anything, and ask someone who works there for directions to the bathroom, they will probably give it to you.
The bathroom is in a "behind-the-scenes" sort of area within the store. It is quiet and feels separated from the rest of the store.
