Walk into the building and on the right is two doors, the further one is the entrance. Walk in and ask for a key to the bathroom. Usually there is a sign hung up blocking the gender signs, and even if there isn't, you can use either one. Positive Images is very trans friendly, there bathrooms are spacious single stalls, and you can use either one, no need to worry.
