It's in the middle of the park near some basketball courts and a large shelter.
They're dirty, being so public, but bearable. They're on the opposite side of the shelter area so they're kinda private but they do face the basketball courts. They are each single person rooms with deadbolt locks on the doors and, seem to be open 24 hours. I went on a walk and used one of them around 1 in the morning. The area was very well lit, as well.
