There are two: for both, enter through the door by the Santander cashpoint off Mayors Walk, then for the first there's a door leading to small corridor on the right hand side; go down this passage, a gender-neutral toilet is on the right-hand side. For the other, go up the first set of stairs on the left, turn left, pass the lift, the green room and the LGBTQ room, toilet is on the left.
The students' union, whilst a university building, is open to non-students/staff. Open 'til the last door closes (I believe this is 9pm usually). The O2 Academy attached does NOT have non-gendered toilets.
