Mt Tabor Hall building, straight across lobby from main entrance, across Hall next to vending machines. You don't have to be a student to he on campus, the stall doors/walls are all really tall. There's several regular stalls and one very large wheelchair accessible stall. All on ground floor, automatic door opener buttons, usually quiet.
