Located between the two businesses when you walk into the building. The bathrooms require a key, but they are hanging on the wall next the cash register in Noraneko, attached to large pieces of wood, and are accessible without asking an employee for the key. I just took it off the hook and no one said anything.
Both bathrooms are single stall unisex, but only the one on the right has the changing table.
