You can use the elevator or the stairs, it's on the bottom floor/"womens floor" You require a code to enter, all the employees know it and will let you in if you ask for the bathroom. because of the size of the place it is technically a public bathroom and we always let people use it. Bathrooms are gendered but single stall each and no one ever cares who uses which.
You do not have to be paying customer just act casual if you can and ask to use the bathroom. Someone will let you in and that's it. I'm not sure if the building is 100% accessible, but there is an elevator and a side door on 5th so you don't have to use the steps. The music can get pretty load sometimes and people may talk to you a lot to offer help just as a warning.
