Down the hall past the kitchen on the left, go down the stairs to the basement and turn right, then an immediate left. There are 3 bathrooms on the right just before the laundry room doors, one of these is a gender neutral one and the others are gendered.
You have to be a resident of the New Gibbons complex at Rutgers University, these bathrooms are usually not busy or occupied except on busy laundry days
