Bathrooms are just inside the South entrance. Both entrances are double door vestibules so not so handicap friendly. However when my Lyme Disease was worse I rode my segway into the place and they didn't give me any grief about parking it inside the restaurant.
The restaurant owner, Theirry Jugnet, and I have discussed many social and political issues, so I even though intersex/genderqeer/transgender rights may or may not have been formally discussed, I tend to assume he supports our needs. What he has told me included harassment he's received from conservative diners who felt it was somehow inappropriate not to have gender designations on the two individual stalls. He seems quite proud of how he stood his ground.
