On the first floor, to the left of the staircase as you enter, follow the path and keep left, there are too 'cubicles' (they are more like little rooms) and outside them are free period products that are replenished regularly
not wheelchair accessible as it is a very old building, there are two steps down to get to it, but the staff are all really lovely and I'm sure if you asked the front desk they'd try and help. No need to worry about browsing, you can waltz on in and out, though I will ask you are polite and as clean as possible to make the staffs lives easier :D
