If facing the store go to the back through the big space that has a fair amount of tables and stools. The restrooms are to the left of that/in the back left corner. You'll see a lit up green Exit sign above the hallway that leads to the restrooms. There are two single stall restrooms at the end of that hallway on the right.
Most employees are cool with anyone walking in and using them. You may see events back in the big space and it may get more complicated to get to them during those events, but most employees are fine with you quickly moving through to get to them.
A note while these are single stall with gender neutral signage I can't promise you won't get weird looks from other employees in the store. Most of them are cool about queer stuff, but there are certain co-workers of mine that have said some comments I have had to call out.
