The restrooms are downstairs. On the right hand side is the "men's restroom", but it's a single stall and locks whereas the other bathroom has two stalls.
Typically it's "customers only", but if you just walk in and go downstairs you may get some funny looks, but no one will stop you or make you feel uncomfortable.
