There's one on the lower level, down the hallway by the Rainbow store. If you're coming in through the food court, take the escalator down and then make a left at the dead Dillard's. The hallway is sort of long, but it's worth it. This bathroom is usually locked but the attendants don't mind opening it for you if you're by yourself (because reasons).
