In the building with the steps and the ramp, on the right when you turn in. Go down the stairs, take a right and just keep walking for a bit, they'll be on your right.
As of Jan 2020 the elevator that goes down, which you would otherwise reach by going right instead of down the stairs, is out of order, so unfortunately the unisex bathrooms are only accessible by stairs for now. There are gendered bathrooms to the left though.
