Resteroom is a single occupancy with sink that's labled "family" (there are RR's labled by binary gender too) and it's directly off of the lobby down the first halway on the left.
I am not certain if it's handicap accessible but there are no steps.
You may want to call to check that they're open. (513) 272-2002 I don't know if you can get in without someone greeting you at the ticket booth or concession stand, since this place is so small. You may still be able to get to the restroom without buying a ticket since they don't collect tickets until you get deeper into the theater. I returned after a show in a small group and no one asked for our tickets.
This is a small artsy theater in an upper middle class area. They serve wine and fruit in their concession stand. The staff were friendly, even when I wasn't passing. It's on the main square in the middle of the strip mall. There's parking in the center of the square.
