Go into the Maple Hall bowling alley and walk upstairs to their cocktail lounge where the neutral bathrooms are. OR you can enter the upstairs Maple Room directly by parking behind the block in the deck and walking up the stairs to see the back entrances to the businesses.
You have to show yoinked ID to get into the bowling alley but not if you enter the lounge directly. Just walk past the bar to the bathrooms on the left. Very friendly business overall!
