This is a federal hospital run for military vets but it is public. There are restrooms on second floor across the new pedestrian bridge. Go back by the elevators and turn left-you'll see the signs. Ladies to the right, men to the left.

The V.A. has issued directives for its employees detailing how transgender vets are to be treated, respected and cared for. V.A. security isn't going to question your presence as long as you are respectful so use our facilities. Hugs.
