All-gender: Yes
Enter the center and they will be straight back through the second set of doors on your left. There is always somewhere there if it's open so feel free to ask them if you can't find the bathrooms. There are stairs right outside the center so the bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible. The center also has weird hours sometimes and is generally not open late except on the first Friday of the month.
