Underground floor (there are lifts, escalators and regular stairs). Go into the Launch Coffee coffee shop (blue letters) and politely ask to use their restroom, you can mention you need a gender-neutral space but it most likely won’t be necessary.
There are OTHER public open bathrooms right next to the coffee shop but those ARE gendered, ask coffee shop staff to use their own.
