3rd floor, but confusing to find. Follow the signs for "Women's Restroom", NOT the sign for "Toilet" (which leads to a pair of gendered restrooms). As you walk in the area with the "Women's Restroom" sign, the accessible gender-neutral restroom is to the right. There will be a sign on the wall directing towards it.
The restroom is wheelchair-accesible and it seems like that's the main purpose of it. If you are not physically disabled, you might look like a jerk for taking up the only accessible restroom in the building. Try to go when there's no one else who needs to use it.
