by the meat stand in the back of sparrow market, under the bridge going over the courtyard but on the sparrow/sweetwaters side it is technically a staff only bathroom but you can just walk in nobody will notice and if they do just be like "i dont feel comfortable using the other bathrooms" and theyll understand
