You walk in and it is to the left in a small hallway. The first door to the right is the washroom. Make sure the door is locked. When I used it the cashier said it wiggles and doesn’t lock unless the handle is upright. I’m not sure if you have to be a paying customer. But there is lots of cheap under 5$ items if u have to
