The west door to the building is always locked, so you have to enter from the east door that faces Eisenhower Hall. There are two accessible single stall unisex bathrooms down the first (and only) hall to the left of the front desk.
When you enter, you'll be face to face with the office staff of the tutoring center. Ignore them and they'll ignore you (but I expect they would be accommodating if you asked where the restrooms are). Just head left around the circle of chairs, the bathrooms are in plain sight but are unmarked white doors. Make sure to close the door all the way to get it to lock properly.
